We want you to be confident when purchasing a review. This page explains when refunds apply, how to request one, and what to expect.

ReviewMyApp connects you with real human reviewers who spend time evaluating your product. Because reviewer time is allocated as soon as your order is confirmed, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on how far along your review is.
Full Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel within 24 hours of purchase and no reviewer has been assigned yet.
- We are unable to assign qualified reviewers to your submission within 7 business days of your purchase.
- A technical error on our side prevents your review from starting or completing.
Partial Refunds
If a reviewer has been assigned but has not yet submitted their findings, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Contact us as soon as possible — the earlier you reach out, the more we can do.
No Refunds
Refunds are not available once:
- All assigned reviewers have submitted their findings.
- Your review report has been delivered.
- You requested the review be expedited and it has begun (regardless of completion status).
We also cannot issue refunds if a review cannot proceed because the submitted product access is invalid, the app is unavailable, or the provided credentials do not work — please double-check your submission details before purchasing.
Credit Packs & Subscriptions
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Unused credits never expire and remain on your account. Once a reviewer has been assigned to a release, that credit is considered consumed; if you replace a release before a reviewer is assigned, the credit automatically transfers to the new release. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Legacy monthly and yearly plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
How To Request A Refund
Email us at hello@reviewmyapp.xyzwith the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order or submission ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may affect your ability to use ReviewMyApp in the future.
