Practical review
AllPDFKits
31 free PDF tools for common PDF tasks such as merging, splitting, compressing, and converting files without requiring an account.
The test, in brief
Partly completedThe task was partly completed.
Only part of the task was completed. The notes below explain what was tried and what remains unverified.
What we tried
Merged two PDFs successfully, then tested PDF to Word with the merged output and retried the same conversion in a separate session/account.
The task outcome is “Partly completed,” but the source completion label says “Main task completed.” Read this result with that discrepancy in mind.
The positives
What worked well
Merge PDF worked correctly and preserved the two source pages in the expected order.
Worth knowing
What we noticed
PDF to Word failed repeatedly on a valid PDF that AllPDFKits’ own Merge PDF tool had successfully produced.
Top right user/profile icon appears clickable but does nothing; account, settings, and sign out remain accessible from the sidebar.
More detail from the test
PDF to Word repeatedly returned “Failed to convert PDF” for a valid PDF, including in a separate session/account. A 5 free documents limit message also appeared despite fewer than five successful conversions.
