After signup/login, Astute could not load the account dashboard and showed 'We could not load your account.' The 'Try again' action did not recover the account, blocking access to the product's core company side workflow.

Immediately after signup/login, the account page showed 'We could not load your account.' Clicking 'Try again' returned to the same error and the dashboard remained inaccessible.
