Practical review

Turn customer notes into reviewable RFQ drafts for sign shop workflows.
The test, in brief
CompletedThe task was completed.
The tested task was completed in this session. This result applies to the task below.
What we tried
Created an RFQ from customer notes, reviewed extracted customer/spec details, checked generated pricing, edited the line item price, and saved the RFQ.
The positives
What worked well
AI extraction captured the account/contact, quantity, material, dimensions, colors/logo, mounting requirement, deadline, and quote requirements accurately. RFQ creation, editing, recalculation, and saving worked.
Worth knowing
What we noticed
On the RFQs page, the empty state uses “orders” (“No orders found” / “create a new order”) instead of RFQ terminology, which is inconsistent with the page and workflow.
The generated draft assigned $65 per unit / $1,300 total to a New Product although the intake notes contained no price, and the UI did not explain where that price came from. The price was editable.
More detail from the test
The RFQ empty state says “No orders found / create a new order,” and the AI draft inserted a $65 unit price even though no price was supplied, without explaining the source.
