What we tried
Connect a Google Calendar, create a booking slot/link, and verify the public booking flow.
The task outcome is “Partly completed,” but the source completion label says “Main task completed.” Read this result with that discrepancy in mind.
The positives
What worked well
The public booking page was polished and clear, the updated 30 minute duration displayed correctly, available slots loaded, email verification worked, and the booking confirmation completed successfully.
Worth knowing
What we noticed
After connecting Google Calendar, the app unexpectedly switched from English to Japanese. Chrome detected the page as Japanese and offered Japanese to English translation, indicating the app itself was serving the Japanese locale.
After creating the room, Chronock showed a full page 'An error has occurred' message even though the room had actually been created successfully; reloading revealed the created room.
Chronock confirmed a public booking for Aug 16, 12:30 to 1:00 PM America/Los_Angeles, but after converting to the connected calendar's timezone and refreshing Google Calendar, no corresponding event appeared.
