What we noticed
Clicking “Run Now” does not execute the deployed agent: no output is generated, “Last run” stays “never,” and the History Log records no activity, blocking the core agent workflow.
The Agent Workflows page shows “0 agents” while an active LinkedIn Content Agent is visibly deployed on the same screen, creating an incorrect agent count.

After the LinkedIn Content Agent was successfully deployed, clicking “Run Now” only added a “RECENT” label. “Last run” remained “never,” the History Log still showed “No agent activity yet,” and no content output was produced.
