What we tried
Created a Product department, assigned the existing employee Jerry to Product and also as head of Product, saved the employee record, then checked Team Chart to confirm the saved organization structure appeared correctly.

Department creation worked, the staff administration area provided detailed employee and reporting fields, and the product exposes a broad set of HR modules from one sidebar.

What we noticed
Saved employee and department head assignments were not reflected in Team Chart: Product appeared, but the assigned employee/head did not, so the org chart output did not match the saved staff data.
The employee edit form repeatedly displayed 'Only PNG or JPEG images are allowed' while editing department assignments, despite no image upload being attempted, creating unrelated validation noise during the save flow.

After saving Jerry as both a member and head of Product, Team Chart showed the Product department but did not show Jerry under it. The employee edit form also displayed an unrelated 'Only PNG or JPEG images are allowed' validation message even though no image was being uploaded.
