The task outcome is “Failed,” but the source completion label says “Main task completed.” Read this result with that discrepancy in mind.

Onboarding questions were clear, the assistant itself was created successfully, the greeting persisted, and the editor/flow builder were easy to inspect.

What we noticed
AI setup reported that it created the FAQ → collect name → collect email → confirm details flow, but the saved flow contained only Start → Agent → End, and the Agent node had no instructions.
The user selected the Adrian voice and the setup confirmed it was applied, but the saved assistant editor showed “Katie, Friendly Fixer” instead.
