The task outcome is “Partly completed,” but the source completion label says “Main task completed.” Read this result with that discrepancy in mind.

After editing an existing Memento, the New control appears clickable but does nothing, creating confusion and blocking that specific create new path until the user uses another way to start fresh.

After editing an existing Memento, clicking New no longer opened a fresh page even though the New control still appeared available. A fresh start was still possible through another route.
