What we noticed
“Delete all your data” fails with a server error and does not remove stored user data. After the failed deletion, the RMA Test Agent still existed and Insights still showed 1 conversation and 2 agent messages.
More detail from the test
Profile settings → “Delete all your data”: after confirming deletion, Ninjo returned a server error and sent the user back to the profile. The previously created agent and conversation data were still present afterward.
