What we tried

The task outcome is “Failed,” but the source completion label says “Main task completed.” Read this result with that discrepancy in mind.

What we noticed
Supported CSV import was accepted and a sheet was recognized, but SheetMergy displayed 'No data to preview' and provided no columns on the Mapping step, blocking the core document merge workflow.
A supported XLSX upload triggered an 'Internal server error' on the Data step.

The DOCX template uploaded successfully and all merge tags were detected, but the supported data upload step failed: an XLSX produced an Internal server error, while a CSV was accepted and Sheet1 was recognized but showed 'No data to preview'; the next Mapping step then showed 'No columns available'.
