The test, in brief
CompletedThe task was completed.
The tested task was completed in this session. This result applies to the task below.
What we tried
Completed onboarding with a public website, generated personas/competitors/topics/prompts, started a 30 prompt tracking run, and reviewed prompt level and overview analytics.
The positives
What worked well
The main tracking flow completed successfully. Prefer generated relevant competitors, topics, and prompts, processed 30/30 prompts, and populated visibility, share of voice, citation, sentiment, ranking, platform, and topic analytics.
Worth knowing
What we noticed
Onboarding temporarily identified the workspace/brand as “En” instead of “Wikipedia.” The main app later corrected it to Wikipedia.
The onboarding wording “What you sell” and generated items such as Wikimedia Commons/Wikidata were awkward for Wikipedia and slightly reduced clarity.
More detail from the test
No blocking failure. During onboarding, the workspace/brand was temporarily detected as “En” instead of “Wikipedia,” and some labels such as “What you sell” were awkward for a non commercial reference site.
